Hungry Touch offers marketing services to restaurants, including but not limited to:

 

  • Menu optimization for Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Grubhub

  • Campaign management and digital ads

  • Content creation (photos, videos, social media assets)

  • Subscription-based service plans with custom features and deliverables

 

 

Service deliverables are outlined in individual proposals or subscription plans.

 

 

 

2. 

Client Responsibilities

 

 

As a client, you agree to:

 

  • Provide timely access to your restaurant’s platforms (Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub, etc.)

  • Approve deliverables, campaigns, or content in a timely manner

  • Keep payment methods up to date and valid

  • Refrain from sharing confidential tools, templates, or resources from Hungry Touch with third parties

 

 

 

 

3. 

Payment & Subscription Terms

 

 

  • Subscriptions are billed automatically on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the selected plan

  • Payment is processed securely through Stripe or another approved payment gateway

  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination

  • All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in writing

 

 

 

 

4. 

Intellectual Property

 

 

All content created by Hungry Touch (photos, designs, captions, videos, campaign copy, and strategies) remains the property of Hungry Touch unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

Clients receive a commercial use license, but may not:

 

  • Resell or redistribute our content

  • Claim authorship over creative materials

  • Use our strategies to train competitors

 

 

 

 

5. 

Account Access

 

 

In order to optimize your third-party platforms (e.g. Uber Eats), we may require login credentials. We will only use this access to fulfill our services and never share your data.

 

It is your responsibility to revoke access when our engagement ends.

 

 

 

6. 

Cancellations & Termination

 

 

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing support@hungrytouch.com

  • If cancellation occurs mid-cycle, services will continue until the end of the paid billing period

  • Hungry Touch reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or act in bad faith

 

 

 

 

7. 

Limitation of Liability

 

 

Hungry Touch will not be liable for:

 

  • Platform outages or issues related to third-party apps (e.g., Uber Eats, DoorDash, etc.)

  • Business losses resulting from client-side errors or delays

  • Indirect or incidental damages

 

 

Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid in the previous 60 days.

 

 

 

8. 

Confidentiality

 

 

Both parties agree to keep all business data, login information, and strategy documents confidential during and after the engagement.

 

 

 

9. 

Modifications

 

 

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the new Terms. We’ll notify you via email or platform alert if there are significant updates.

 

 

 

10. 

Governing Law

 

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
